Privateers have been commisioned by the queen to halt mass shipments of flooring and canned fish being shipped to the new world from the spanish main. Probably your laminate tiles are even now fluttering to the bed of the Atlantic for an eternal slumber like plastic leaves from a sinister seaborne tree...or it's an out of stock issue with an incompetent vendor.
