Evolution of Timmy's
Remember in the olden days, when baked goods came out of an oven? Yeah, neither do I. Anyway, nowadays you can watch the Timmy's staff at Grant MacEwan wheel in the old-fashioned aluminum case (which looks like it also does duty in airplane canteens), pull trays out of it and slot them in the display case. Voila! Instant food.
Is there anything less appetizing than an airplane canteen? I'm convinced that they're engineered to turn food grey. Seeing Timmy's baked goods coming out of one of those aluminum units just makes me cry a little inside.
