I didn't see the documentary itself, it was what was quoted in the article that I found particularly alarming.<br/><br/>The idea that pumping your own gas is "unladylike" sounds utterly ridiculous when it's almost impossible to find a self-serve gas station in the city I live in. Am I supposed to abandon my car on the side of the road when it runs out of gas and call my boyfriend to come and put gas in my car?<br/><br/>That's just one of several points that I found really backwards in the article.
