Maybe I'd be afraid of Sid if I were a goalie and he was on a breakaway, but otherwise he's pretty much the least threatening person alive. Generally patchiness is just humorous, as most people that sport them have to realize how bad they look and are just doing it for a contest or praying for it to fill in.
